DEKS FastFlash Lead Replacement 5m x 370mm Black (FFR5-370B)

The DEKS FFR5-370B is a black, self-adhesive Fast Flash roll measuring 5000 mm long by 370 mm wide. It is designed for roof details requiring a fast and reliable flashing solution.

Stretchable aluminium grid embedded in silane-modified polymer rubber, with a butyl-coated reverse.
Nominal thickness 2.3 mm, with the manufacturer-stated tolerance of -0.1/+0.3 mm.
Durable from -40°C to +90°C; UV and ozone proof, weather proof and water tight.
20-year replacement guarantee, subject to the manufacturer's guarantee provisions.

Installation note: Where Fast Flash forms part of a construction with copper or bitumen, apply FlashSeal to the Fast Flash surface; otherwise the manufacturer states that the warranty is void.
