BYD Battery-Box Premium LVS 70 mm² Male DC Connector Kit

Male DC connector kit for BYD Battery-Box Premium LVS systems, for use with 70 mm² DC cable. BYD lists the 35, 50 and 70 mm² connector variants separately according to the cable required for the installation.

Kit and Installation

The current BYD installation manual shows two connector bodies with the corresponding metal terminals, support sleeves, sealing gaskets, claws, back covers and heat-shrinkable sleeves. DC cable is not included. Assemble and crimp the connector in accordance with the current BYD male connector installation manual. Required crimp diameter: 11.2–11.5 mm (diameter, not cable cross-sectional area).
