Technical Summary

24 V charger with 35 A output, 90-265 V AC input range, 45-65 Hz frequency and 0.98 power factor. Absorption voltage is 28.8 V, float voltage 27.6 V and storage voltage 26.4 V. Operating temperature range is -20 to 60 °C, with full output current up to 40 °C. Enclosure is IP65 rated, with M6 battery connections and 6 mm² screw-clamp 230 VAC connection.

Installation Notes

Two isolated outputs are provided on the 1+1 version, with the second output limited to approximately 3 A. Battery connection is via M6 bolts and 230 VAC connection uses a screw-clamp terminal for 6 mm² (AWG 10). The unit has VE.Can communication via two RJ45 connectors and supports synchronised parallel operation. Remote on-off control can be connected to a Li-Ion BMS.

Efficiency

Power factor is specified at 0.98. Storage mode lowers float voltage after 24 hours without discharge and periodically refreshes the battery. Temperature compensation adjusts charge voltage according to battery temperature.
