Victron Lynx Smart BMS 1000 NG (M10)

Battery management system for Victron Lithium Battery Smart battery installations. This Lynx Smart BMS 1000 A (M10) version provides system protection, contactor control and monitoring for 12 V, 24 V or 48 V battery systems.

Key Features
1000 A main safety contactor

Built-in 1000 A continuous contactor, rated to 1200 A for 5 minutes, for main system switching and battery protection.

Pre-charge circuit

Reduces inrush current when connecting inverter/charger or other capacitive loads.

Monitoring and control integration

Supports monitoring and control via Bluetooth, VictronConnect, GX devices and the VRM Portal.

VE.Can and NMEA 2000 communication

Provides VE.Can connection via RJ45 and supports marine network integration, including NMEA 2000 and J1939.

Auxiliary and relay outputs

Includes AUX output, allow-to-charge, allow-to-discharge and alarm relay functions for system control.

Installation Notes

Busbar connection is M10 with 33 Nm torque. Battery BTV cables use male and female circular 3-pole connectors with M8 screw ring. Suitable for integration with Lynx Distributor systems. Up to 20 batteries can be connected in one system. Up to 5 BMS units can be paralleled for a redundant battery system.

Efficiency

Power consumption is listed at 0.3 mA in OFF mode, approximately 0.6 W in standby, and approximately 4.2 W in ON mode depending on relay state.
