Technical Summary

Three-phase transformerless grid-tied inverter, model Solis-255K-EHV-5G-PLUS. Rated output is 255 kVA at 30°C, 235 kVA at 40°C and 220 kVA at 50°C. DC side supports 1500 V maximum input, 1080 V rated voltage, 500 V start-up voltage and 480-1500 V MPPT range. Maximum input current is 12 x 30 A and maximum short-circuit current is 12 x 50 A. AC side is rated 3/PE, 800 V with 50 Hz frequency, 184.0 A maximum output current and THDi <3%. Max efficiency is 99.0% and EU efficiency is 98.8%. Dimensions are 1125 x 770 x 384 mm and weight is 113 kg.

Installation Notes

DC connection uses MC4 connectors and AC connection uses OT terminal (max. 300 mm²). Communication is via RS485 with optional PLC. Maximum operating altitude is 4000 m. Operating temperature range is -30 to +60°C, with IP66 ingress protection.

Efficiency

Maximum efficiency is 99.0% and EU efficiency is 98.8%. Self-consumption at night is <2 W.
