SolarEdge 330kW TerraMax Solar Inverter

The SolarEdge TerraMax SE330K is a transformerless solar inverter for grid-tied PV systems. It is specified for three-phase AC output and supports high-voltage DC input, module-level optimisation and inverter-level protection functions for large PV array designs.

Technical Summary

Maximum DC input voltage is 1500 Vdc, with 1250 Vdc nominal DC input voltage and 266.7 Adc maximum input current. The unit uses transformerless topology, supports 3W + PE AC connection, and has a power factor range of 0.2 to 1 leading/lagging. Maximum efficiency is 99.2%, EU efficiency is 98.8%, and total harmonic distortion is ?3%.

Installation Notes

Bracket supplied. AC connection uses 2 glands with 48 to 55 mm cable diameter and terminal lugs for up to 300 mm² per wire, Al or Cu. DC connection uses 4 glands with 22 to 32 mm cable diameter and terminal lugs for up to 300 mm² per wire, Al or Cu. Commissioning is via the SetApp mobile application using the built-in Wi?Fi access point for local connection. Power derating applies above +45 °C.

Efficiency

Maximum efficiency is 99.2% and EU efficiency is 98.8%. The inverter supports 200% DC oversizing and is RoHS compliant.
