Renusol TS+ V-frame (SET)

The Renusol TS+ V-frame system is engineered for robust support of photovoltaic (PV) modules on both pitched and flat roofs, making it an ideal choice for commercial, industrial, and agricultural applications. This system allows for roof penetration and is designed to accommodate a variety of roof coverings, including sheet metal (trapezoidal/corrugated), sandwich panels, and fibre-cement.

The TS+ V-frame features a triangular design, available in both pre-assembled and non-assembled configurations, providing flexibility based on installation preferences. It includes a back support that enhances stability during installation. The system is covered by a warranty of 10 years, ensuring reliability and peace of mind for installers and end-users alike.

With a roof slope range of 2° to 25° for orthogonal installations and up to 45° for parallel installations, the TS+ V-frame is versatile enough to suit various architectural designs. The installation angle for modules can be adjusted between 10° to 35° in increments of 5°, allowing for optimal solar exposure.

Constructed from high-quality stainless steel and aluminium, the TS+ V-frame system is designed for durability and longevity, ensuring that it can withstand the elements while providing reliable support for PV modules. It is suitable for modules with frame heights ranging from 30mm to 50mm and can accommodate both horizontal (landscape) and vertical (portrait) module orientations. The maximum module dimensions are 1,960mm in length for portrait orientation and 1,050mm in width for landscape orientation.

The Renusol TS+ V-frame system has been certified by TÃœV (ID: 0000048970 according to 2 PfG) and includes verifiable static calculations by HZI Engineering Bonn, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Additionally, PV layout services are offered by Renusol, providing installers with essential support for project planning.
