The Pylontech FH9637M is a 3.552 kWh, 96 V, 37 Ah lithium iron phosphate battery module for the Force-H2 high-voltage energy storage system. Force-H2 towers use two, three or four FH9637M modules with the matching FC0500M-40S controller.

Module specifications

Nominal energy 3.552 kWh; nominal voltage 96 VDC; capacity 37 Ah; dimensions 296 × 450 × 296 mm H×W×D; weight 35 kg. The current operation manual states 5,000 operating cycles, 15+ years operation life, 0–50°C operating temperature and -20–60°C storage temperature.

Force-H2 system context

Two-, three- and four-module systems provide nominal capacities of 7.10, 10.65 and 14.20 kWh at 192, 288 and 384 VDC respectively. Current system specifications include 95% depth of discharge, 96% efficiency, 18.5 A normal charge/discharge current, 40 A maximum for 15 seconds, IP55 protection and CANBUS/Modbus RTU communication.

Installation

Install only as part of a compatible Force-H2 system and in accordance with the current Pylontech operation manual. Environmental and installation suitability must be assessed against the manual and site conditions.
