The myenergi libbi Expansion Kit is a home battery storage configuration for the libbi range, matched here to the 15kWh battery pack model. It is used for storing self-generated electricity from solar PV and can also charge from the grid, supporting home energy storage and retrofit or new-install solar battery applications.
Matched to the LIBBI-315Sh model with 3.68kW inverter and 15kWh battery capacity.
libbi is modular by design, allowing capacity to be scaled within the range using battery modules.
Can charge from solar PV, the grid, or a combination of both.
Works as both an AC and DC coupled battery system with solar PV.

Matched model LIBBI-315Sh. Inverter output 3.68kW. Battery capacity 15kWh. Max PV power 4800W. Max DC voltage 580V. MPPT range 80V to 560V with 2 MPP trackers and 1 string per tracker. Max PV efficiency 97.6% and Euro PV efficiency 97.0%. Battery module specification lists 51.2V nominal voltage, 44.8 to 56.5V operating range, 90% depth of discharge, 10,000 cycles, and IP65 protection.
libbi works as both an AC and DC coupled battery system with solar PV. The datasheet states PV can be connected without a separate inverter or retrofit to an existing PV system. Additional installation costs apply for blackout back up. Controller mounting location is indoor.
The inverter is stated at 97.6% max. PV efficiency and 97.0% Euro PV efficiency. The system can charge from solar or grid, including use with time-of-use or dynamic tariffs.
