The Victron Skylla-TG is a 48V battery charger for AC or DC supply, used to charge a 48V battery bank and, where required, provide stabilised power supply output. It uses three-step IUoUo charging with temperature compensation and voltage sense support.
Microprocessor-controlled charging profile for controlled battery charging.
Provides 50A charge current for 48V battery systems.
Accepts 230V AC input and specified DC input range for flexible supply arrangements.
Applies automatic temperature compensation during charging.
Compensates for voltage loss caused by cable resistance.
48V battery charger with 230V AC input, 185-264V AC input range, and 180-400V DC input range. Output is 50A with absorption voltage of 57V DC and float voltage of 53V DC. Charge characteristic is IUoUo (three step). Suitable battery capacity range is 250-500Ah. Protection category IP21. Operating temperature range is -40 to +50°C.
