A 12V AGM battery from Victron’s Super Cycle range, rated at 60Ah C20 and fitted with M6 insert terminals. It is intended for applications that involve occasional full discharge or repeated deep discharge within the battery’s cycle profile.
AGM Super Cycle design
Specified to withstand at least 300 cycles at 100% depth of discharge.
Rated for at least 700 cycles at 60% DoD and at least 1000 cycles at 40% DoD.
Smaller and lighter than standard deep cycle AGM batteries, with a weight of 14 kg.
M6 insert terminals
BAT412060082 is a 12V AGM battery with 60Ah capacity at C20, 56Ah at C10 and 52Ah at C5. The unit measures 224 x 135 x 178 mm, weighs 14 kg, and uses M6 insert terminals. Published data includes 300+ cycles at 100% DoD, 700+ cycles at 60% DoD and 1000+ cycles at 40% DoD.
Temperature compensation is required where the battery will be below 10°C or above 30°C for extended periods. Victron VRLA temperature compensation reference is -4 mV/cell (-24 mV/°C for a 12V battery), with 25°C as the centre point.
Published cycle life data states at least 300 cycles at 100% DoD, at least 700 cycles at 60% DoD and at least 1000 cycles at 40% DoD.
