The SolarEdge S650A is a residential power optimiser for short-string rooftop PV installations. It is used with compatible SolarEdge residential inverters to manage module-level output and support system design on rooftops with shading or layout complexity.
Designed for short-string residential rooftop PV systems.

Maximum module short-circuit current is 16.5 Adc with SolarEdge Home Hub or SolarEdge Nexis three-phase inverters, and 15 Adc with SolarEdge Home Wave inverters. Maximum output current 15 Adc and maximum output voltage 110 Vdc. Safety output voltage in standby 1 ± 0.1 Vdc. Maximum system voltage 1000 Vdc. Dimensions 129 x 165 x 45 mm, weight 790 g. Use with compatible SolarEdge residential inverters only. Compatibility depends on inverter model, firmware version, and for some inverter families, production date. When connected to a SolarEdge Home Wave or Home Hub three-phase inverter, S650A Power Optimisers cannot be mixed with other power optimiser models on the same inverter. Maximum allowed system voltage is 1000 Vdc. Power derating applies above +70 °C. Input and output connectors are MC4. Input wire length is 0.1 m; output wire length is listed in the source as (+) 2.3 m and (-) 0.10 m, and should be verified before use.
