The Pylontech FC0500-40S is the battery controller package for original Force-H1 high-voltage systems using three to seven FH48074 battery modules. The package includes the matching Force-H1 base, external power and communication cables, grounding cable, brackets and installation fixings.
The FC0500-40S supports three, four, five, six or seven FH48074 modules. These provide nominal system capacities of 10.65, 14.20, 17.76, 21.31 or 24.86 kWh at 144, 192, 240, 288 or 336 VDC. Each FH48074 module is rated at 3.552 kWh, 48 V and 74 Ah.
Current Force-H1 system specifications include 95% depth of discharge, 96% efficiency, 37 A normal charge/discharge current, 40 A maximum for 15 seconds, IP55 protection and CANBUS/Modbus RTU communication. These are system-level specifications and not standalone controller ratings.
The current Pylontech packing list specifies one FC0500-40S controller, one 600 × 380 × 40 mm Force-H1 base, two 3.5 m RJ45-M19 communication cables, 3.5 m positive and negative 10 AWG power cables, a 1 m 10 AWG grounding cable, brackets for installations of up to seven modules, fixings, product manual and warranty card.
The controller measures 600 × 380 × 150 mm W×D×H and the supplied base adds 40 mm height, giving 190 × 600 × 380 mm H×W×D for the controller on its base. Install and commission only in accordance with the current Pylontech Force-H1 operation manual.
