Residential and small scale commercial Inverters

Fronius Primo: Part of the SnapINverter range, single phase inverter range, from 3.0 to 8.2 kW including two MPPTs and data monitoring, available with and without integrated communication.

Fronius Symo: Part of the SnapINverter range, three phase inverter range, from 3.0 to 8.2 kW including two MPPTs and data monitoring, available with and without integrated communication.

SnapINverter Mounting Technology:

Designed for safe and easy installation and maintenance, the connection and power stage set compartments are installed separately with the connection compartment and the cables mounted to the wall first, followed by the power stage set compartment. This means that when servicing the unit there is no need to detach the whole inverter; only the power stage set compartment needs to be removed, leaving cables, settings and configurations in place.

Fronius GEN24 Primo & Symo: Single and three phase inverters respectively, from 3.0kW to 10kW (Symo – 12kW). The inverters include a basic, integrated backup power function via the PV Point socket, as long as the sun is shining. These inverters can be upgraded to offer full backup via a connected battery storage system at a later date.

Fronius Gen24 Plus Primo & Symo: Hybrid residential inverters, from 3.0kW to 10kW (Symo – 12kW). These inverters offer a comprehensive full backup power supply via a connected battery storage system making them ideal for homes of all sizes. These inverters feature advanced Maximum Power Point (MPP) algorithms that optimise energy yield, even in shaded conditions. The Gen24 Plus pairs well with BYD batteries, providing customers with an award-winning PV storage system.

Commercial & Industrial Inverters

Fronius Symo Advanced: Three-phase inverters, part of the SnapINverter range, from 10 – 20kW these inverters include Fronius Arc Guard safety technology, protecting against potential causes of fire. Variants include the Lite and Communication-enabled models.

Fronius Eco: Available in 25kW or 27kW, this is a three-phase inverter, with communication. Part of the SnapINverter range for larger systems.

Fronius Verto: Designed for small businesses, farms and apartment buildings. Available in 25, 27, 30, and 33.3 kW, the Verto features four high-current MPPTs, a wide input voltage range and advanced shade management to ensure optimal energy output even in challenging conditions.

Fronius Tauro & Tauro Eco Available in 50kW and 100kW power classes tailored to meet the demands of commercial and industrial projects. These inverters offer intelligent system monitoring, flexible installation options and robust design, ensuring consistent performance even in challenging conditions. Pre-combined and direct versions are available. Pre-combined: multiple strings joined by a combiner box before going to the inverter, one large set of terminals

Energy Storage & Backup

Fronius Reserva: A high-voltage, DC-coupled battery. This modular system delivers 6.3 to 15.8kWh with two to five battery modules. Up to four towers can be connected in parallel to give up to 63kWh capacity. This battery is compatible with the Fronius Primo/Symo GEN24 Plus and Fronius Verto Plus.

Fronius PV Point Comfort: A simple, low cost accessory which enables automatic backup via the PV Point in Fronius GEN24 inverters.

Fronius Backup Controller & Backup Switch: For full backup power operation either automatically or manually.

EV Chargers

Wattpilot: An intelligent EV charging solution available in 11kW and 22kW versions. Designed to optimise self-consumption of PV-generated energy, it supports Type 2 charging and is compatible with Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP) and third-party applications.

Software tools & apps

myFronius

The myFronius platform is the place to start. It gives you access to everything you need for Fronius installations including links to the Fronius software tools as well as product registrations, technical downloads, warranty information and training resources enabling you to save time, stay organised and streamline your Fronius UK installations.

Design

Fronius Solar.creator: A free, flexible and user-friendly online configuration tool that supports you to plan and design PV systems. It uses weather data to determine irradiation and forecast yields and automatically suggests Fronius system components.

Commissioning

Solar.start: Allows you to configure Fronius inverters in three steps: 1. Network settings, 2. Product configuration and 3. Integration into the Fronius Solar.web monitoring platform. It links with Solar.web and Solar.SOS.

Monitoring & Analysis

Fronius Solar.web: Provides installers with real-time system data along with comprehensive analysis functions to optimise the PV system. Both system owners and installers can use the online tool to view data such as installed system capacity, current daily values, PV yield and energy consumption.

With the help of automatic notifications, system errors can also be detected and rectified as quickly as possible, to minimise downtime and maximise yield.

Support

Fronius Solar.SOS: The solution for technical questions from installers. The service process can be initiated online at the installation location itself – by using the serial number of the inverter or a state code.

EV Charging App

Solar.wattpilot app: Provides a complete overview for all users of the intelligent charging solution. It enables commissioning of the Wattpilot and displays charging modes and charging data.

Warranties

Fronius provides comprehensive inverter warranties of up to 10 years for registered products.

Warranty Model for Inverters up to 12.5 kW:

2-year Fronius Warranty Plus (as standard) +

3-year Fronius Warranty Plus followed by 5-year Fronius Warranty upon registration

Warranty Model for Inverters from 13 kW

2-year Fronius Warranty Plus (as standard) +

3-year Fronius Warranty Plus upon registration

Model 2:

Fronius Warranty: Gives protection for the material over the entire service life.

Fronius Warranty Plus: Covers the material, servicing and transport costs.

Extended inverter warranties can also be purchased to 10, 15 or 20 years depending on the inverter.

The Wattpilot EV chargers: 2-year warranty
